Today is World MS Day 2017 (& if you want to be involved use these hashtags #WMSDay and #LifeWithMS).
Now, while I don’t have MS myself but over the course of the past few years I’ve met a few people who are struggling.
But, if you’ve never met someone with MS (or quite possibly you have – you just didn’t know it), then chances are you’re not likely to know just how difficult it can be.
So how did the dog spray go?
If you think I’ve gone bonkers I promise I haven’t – I first introduced lemongrass to you all on Saturday when covering my little dog spray (if you missed it click here to go and check it out – but don’t forget to come back!).
Lemongrass smells amazing and is definitely one I like to have diffusing before guests come over to help dispel all the toxins which have seeped into the house from the outside.
As a psychologist I work with people from all walks of life (and who have a whole host of different difficulties), and depression is by far the most common difficulty I come across.
As with all mental health difficulties depression really doesn’t care whether you’re young, old, black, white, green, male, female …
When your brain decides life is just too difficult it goes into shutdown mode and ‘bam’ every ounce of motivation you once had is gone.
