Today is World MS Day 2017 (& if you want to be involved use these hashtags #WMSDay and #LifeWithMS).
Now, while I don’t have MS myself but over the course of the past few years I’ve met a few people who are struggling.
But, if you’ve never met someone with MS (or quite possibly you have – you just didn’t know it), then chances are you’re not likely to know just how difficult it can be.
So, you look out the window & you’re all like whoooo summers here!
& then you head downstairs & your kitchen looks like it’s a 5* hotel for flies…
I know – it sucks.
We love the sun, but us Brits love to moan & so there always has to be a downside to everything.
So today’s post is going to be a little different.
But in a good way – because I’m all about giving away great stuff 🙂
As you’ll have noticed while I’m a psychologist most of my posts have been about physical healing.
Hey, I need to say sorry for being a little AWOL the last couple of weeks.
It’s not that I had nothing to say, just I was unable to say it.
OK, if you haven’t read my bio then you’re probably thinking this is weird…
Clary sage is just awesome.
While it may not be everyone’s cup of tea with regards to what it smells like (it took me a while to get used to it), it absolutely is the daddy when it comes to resetting your hormones.
Us ladies, never seem to be in balance.
So, what’s so special about this little beauty I hear you ask – well for starters it’s one of the cheapest oils out there.
Now, don’t let that put you off – it packs a punch!
I personally, love this oil because it’s just so refreshing.
As soon as I get a wiff, I feel instantly uplifted and centred.
But, I am bias towards the citrus oils.
