Before I get into the 5 minute depression busting technique, I need to just roll things back and smash through some very common myths which are currently blocking your ability to become mentally fit and healthy.
Living with a mental health difficulty really doesn’t have to be as hard as many people make out.
I love the smell of cinnamon – it’s great for bringing back all those warm and fuzzy memories from ages past.
There’s something about a spice oil to get you fired up & this one definitely does just that!
Before we start a little apology… so sorry for the delay in getting this out to you… For some reason it didn’t schedule 😦 today’s post will come out tomorrow so you’re not bombarded!
OMG geranium is strong. & I mean the smell is knock your socks off, amazeballs, strong.
It definitely does not smell like my mums flowers used to
Very much like Oregano (which I covered just before Christmas), you’re probably super familiar with this oil – although you’ve more than likely just got a pot of dried leaves in your cupboard and occasionally grab it out to sprinkle it over some food after being inspired by the many TV cooking shows.

We all know that being stressed is just about one of the most harmful things we can do to ourselves. Being stressed shuts down your immune system and forces your body to focus all its attention on keeping you alive. While that meeting with your boss may set off all the same physiological responses as tussling with a lion I’m sure we can both admit it’s just not helpful!
