Lets be frank…
All essential oils are phenomenal at supporting our physical and emotional wellbeing.
But, #frankincense, well, this oil is just on a whole other level…
Hey, I need to say sorry for being a little AWOL the last couple of weeks.
It’s not that I had nothing to say, just I was unable to say it.
OK, if you haven’t read my bio then you’re probably thinking this is weird…
I love the smell of cinnamon – it’s great for bringing back all those warm and fuzzy memories from ages past.
There’s something about a spice oil to get you fired up & this one definitely does just that!
Before we start a little apology… so sorry for the delay in getting this out to you… For some reason it didn’t schedule 😦 today’s post will come out tomorrow so you’re not bombarded!
OMG geranium is strong. & I mean the smell is knock your socks off, amazeballs, strong.
It definitely does not smell like my mums flowers used to
If you’re suffering from a case of sniffles right now then this oil is definitely one you’re gonna want to have in your cupboard.
But, like all the other oils this one does so much more (and a lot more than making koala’s high as well if you’ve already heard that story!)
So how did the dog spray go?
If you think I’ve gone bonkers I promise I haven’t – I first introduced lemongrass to you all on Saturday when covering my little dog spray (if you missed it click here to go and check it out – but don’t forget to come back!).
Lemongrass smells amazing and is definitely one I like to have diffusing before guests come over to help dispel all the toxins which have seeped into the house from the outside.
Very much like Oregano (which I covered just before Christmas), you’re probably super familiar with this oil – although you’ve more than likely just got a pot of dried leaves in your cupboard and occasionally grab it out to sprinkle it over some food after being inspired by the many TV cooking shows.
It’s OK, no one is judging you!
