I’m being serious.
A single drop of CPTG peppermint essential oil can give you enough juice to get through your working day without feeling utterly exhausted.
Did you know that 1 drop of certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) essential oils is as strong as 28 cups of peppermint tea?
I know – crazy isn’t it?
Forget a ‘little lift’ this stuff is like rocket fuel (without the come down 🙂 )
It’s up to you how you use it.
I like mine thrown in after i’ve used an actual tea bag. Whether it’s green, decaf, peppermint or normal I need to see it actually looking like tea before I want to drink it.
Always put it in after because you don’t want to inadvertently scoop up the peppermint into the tea bag an it no longer be inside the mug!
If you’re not a fan of tea then try sneaking it into a hot chocolate – this is delicious (especially with the marshmallows).
Now, I do need to pre-warn you of something…
It can be quite vapourous if used in this way.
It is absolutely something you get used to (or rather you get better at timing your sips to not coincide with all the hot steamy peppermint vapour…).
Or you can copy my sneaky little cheat – repurposing the lid of a travel mug!
You can absolutely skip the tea all together if you wish and just place a drop directly on the roof of your mouth.
This sensation is like no other.
If you think extra strong mints are strong then you will be blown away when you try this.
I love passing the peppermint round after a meal and watching everyone’s reactions – it’s hilarious!
Thankfully, the initial power is over pretty quickly.
But not the lasting effects.
This stuff will stop all your needs to nap and/or overdose on caffeine while keeping you fresh as a daisy all day long.
It’s also great if you struggle to get up in the morning (there’s no way on this earth anyone dropping a peppermint shot will fall back to sleep…), need to power through and pull an all-nighter because you’ve not done your homework, or are partying like it’s 1999…
Let me know how it goes & feel free to tag me in snapshopts of your ‘first-time’.
Happy oiling & catch up soon –
